The process of impeach works as follows:
1. The President brings charges against a member of Congress and the Supreme Court presides over the case
2. The President brings a charge against a sitting member of the Supreme Court and the Senate determines if they're guilty of the charge.
3. The House brings charges against an elected official, the Senate judges and convicts the official of the crime
4. The state brings charges against an elected official and the federal government carries out the court case.
