What is the theme of this poem below:


I've spent the most of my life attempting to identify who I might be, looking hard every day in a desperate attempt to be seen.

I've gone through periods of total fulfillment and times when I wanted to give up, but I came to the realization that I would need to be resilient in order to succeed for the sake of my heart and soul.

However, I was concerned that I would be alone because it seemed like everyone else was lost.
But eventually, someone would help me and let me know I wasn't alone.
