TO DO: Include the following information in your discussion post: 1. Introduction: Explaining the concepts behind the MBTI and its common use in organizations. Your research should include how the MBTI uses 4 distinct dichotomies and how they relate to the 16 possible personality types. (5 marks) 2. Assessment Score: Include your 4-letter personality code and common name. For example if you scored: ENTJ you would known as "The Commander" (2 marks) 3. Explanation of the results including: a. Using your own words and citing and referencing external resources, explain your results across the 4 dichotomies of the MBTI (5 marks) b. Include Agree/disagree statements for your results.
