Maintaining homeostasis involves many processes. One of these includes the excretion of waste. Our kidneys work very hard to filter blood of waste products and control how much water is kept in the body. The waste products and water make up urine.
A dehydrated individual would have a concentrated urine that's a darker yellow in color than that of a healthy urine. Why is that?
