Yellow Traffic Lights
A yellow traffic signal will warn you that the red light is about to be activated. A yellow traffic signal ends the period of movement authorized by the green light. When approaching a yellow traffic signal, you should stop. When the yellow signal is lit, only proceed across the intersection if you have passed the point of no return and are unable to safely bring your car to a stop before reaching the intersection.
A. Yellow traffic signals have no significance and can be ignored.
B. Proceeding through a yellow signal is always safe.
C. Stop when the yellow signal is lit unless unable to do so safely.
