In LabVIEW, create a new Virtual Instrument and wire up the circuit for your complete Decimalto-Dot-Encoder. Your circuit should have 4 inputs/switches (A, B, C, D) and 4 outputs/LEDs (F, G,Y,Z). You may use inverters, AND gates and OR gates in your circuit. Create a table, (i.e., flip the switches) to obtain output values for all the possible combinations of inputs.
