Assignment Title: Community Workflow Development(Question)
A carbon initiative, rooted in the landscapes of the States of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh, integrates sustainable agriculture, timber plantation, and cropland boundary fruit tree planting. Its influence spans 512 villages, with 153 in Uttarakhand and remaining in Uttar Pradesh. In each village, an average of 45 farmers' households are participating in the initiative. On average, there are 3.7 members per household. Approximately 61% of the total number of participating farmers are smallholder farmers. Envisioned as a steadfast 20-year commitment, the initiative aims to weave lasting impacts and sustainability into the ecosystems of the region. The project is aimed at benefiting the community and biodiversity well-being. As the project is of a large scale, investors wish to assess the short-term and long-term impact of the project based on the theory of change.
