God says that Job is perfect and upright. Satan says that Job is only perfect because of all the riches that God gives him. First... Satan says that if God took away Job's belongings... then Job would curse God. Job loses his house... cattle... children... and riches... etc. Doesn't curse at God. Then Satan gives Job the plague of boils. Job sits with his buddies Eliphaz... Bildad... and Zophar. They talk... the friends assume that Job did something wrong and that's why he's being punished. Later Elihu comes and talks about why God is great. Story ends with Job getting new riches (doubled from what he had before) and his three buddies have to make sacrifices to God to apologize.
