The "London Eye" is the largest Ferris wheel in Europe, with a diameter of 394 feet. It consists of 32 "capsules" in which the passengers stand as they ride the Ferris wheel.
As the Ferris wheel turns, the floor of the capsules must remain level so that the passengers are safe and comfortable during their ride.
