Luisa, a medical doctor (MD), was eating dinner at her favorite restaurant in Atlanta when she noticed that another diner at the restaurant had passed out and had stopped breathing. She checked for a pulse, but she could not find one. Since the restaurant did not have a defibrillator, she began CPR. Luisa did her best, but she was unable to revive the diner and he died. The family of the deceased believes that Luisa did a very poor job of CPR and believes the person would have survived if Luisa had performed CPR the way a normal doctor would have been expected to.
