To transition from a junior license to an unrestricted license
a. Log 50 hours of supervised driving, including 15 hours of driving after sunset, and be 18 years old
b. Be 17 years old, complete an approved driver education course, and log 50 hours of supervised driving, including 15 hours of driving after sunset
c. Be 16 years old, complete an approved pre-licensing course, and log 50 hours of supervised driving, including 15 hours of driving after sunset
d. Be at least 21 years old and have parental consent
