Person aggrieved (feeling resentment at having been unfairly treated) by final decision of Board in contested case. Except as provided in this section for an action under § 17-409 of this title, any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Board in a contested case, as defined in § 10-201 of the State Government Article, may:
A) Appeal the decision to a higher court.
B) File a complaint with the Board.
C) Seek mediation with the opposing party.
D) Request reconsideration from the Board.
