The objective of this task is to communicate back to your team members by email as a follow up on their performance during the team meeting. This information should be presented positively and constructively. Your email should be relatively brief and may or may not include any attachments. It should address the following points at a minimum:

a) Thank your team for their participation in the meeting, earlier activities, and for providing feedback.
b) Briefly summarize the key points and outcomes from the meeting.
c) Highlight suggested options for future formal and informal learning and development activities or opportunities, providing relevant details as appropriate (refer to Task 4).
d) Seek and provide any other feedback from or to your team members.
