With respect to record keeping, information obtained at all stages of the hazard control process should be stored in a database. The length of time that records should be kept:
a) All records must be kept for as long as an organization is in business
b) Varies with the nature of the record
c) All records obtained during the hazard control process must be submitted to the WSIB in a timely fashion
d) Depends on how long the employee is with the company. By law, records can be destroyed 18 months after an employee leaves an organization
