It is illegal under the NLRA's to tell an at will employee that they will be fired if they inform anyone about how much they are paid or about their pay raise, if they are:
a. a supervisor negotiating for themselves and at least one other person.
b. a manager negotiating for themselves and at least one other person.
c. an hourly worker negotiating for themselves and at least one other person.
d. A and B all of these
