In 2021, the CDC partnered with the state governments of each state to send a survey to 950 randomly selected state employees from each state. The survey respondents were asked to decide to what degree they agreed with the following statements. The possible answers were:
1. Strongly Agree
2. Agree
3. Neither Agree nor Disagree
4. Disagree
5. Strongly Disagree
The statements were:
1. The incredibly important process of distributing the life-saving COVID-19 vaccine has been fairly implemented by the various state governments.
2. The decision-making process for who gets access to the vaccines has been equitable, with all demographic groups getting equal access.
