How has your understanding of job attitudes and job attitude research evolved through the course?
a) My understanding of job attitudes and job attitude research has evolved through the course as I have learned about the various factors that influence job satisfaction and employee engagement. I have gained a deeper understanding of the different theories and models that explain job attitudes and the impact they have on organizational behavior.
b) The feedback from my peers has helped me understand the importance of conducting a thorough literature review and the need to critically analyze and synthesize existing research. I have learned to consider different perspectives and sources when conducting a literature review and to identify gaps in the existing literature.
c) As a Christian, the work attitude that most resonates with me is the concept of servant leadership. I believe in the importance of serving others and leading with humility and compassion. This aligns with my Christian worldview and the values I hold dear.
d) The idea of finding meaning and purpose in one's work also resonates with me as a Christian. I believe that our work should align with our values and beliefs, and that we should strive to make a positive impact in the world through our careers.
