Seller agrees to deliver all ten thousand (10,000) Birdhouses within twelve (12) months from the Effective Date.
a) The Seller commits to delivering ten thousand (10,000) Birdhouses within a twelve (12) month period starting from the Effective Date.
b) All ten thousand (10,000) Birdhouses must be delivered by the Seller within twelve (12) months from the Effective Date.
c) The Seller undertakes to complete delivery of all ten thousand (10,000) Birdhouses within twelve (12) months from the Effective Date.
d) Delivery of the ten thousand (10,000) Birdhouses must be completed by the Seller within a twelve (12) month timeframe from the Effective Date.
