The meta-cresol purple ph indicator has the following Ph ranges:
pH 1.2 to 2.8: Red to yellow
pH 7.4 to 9.0: Yellow to purple
For each of the pH values below, the expected colors are:
pH = 2.0: Orange (between red and yellow)
pH = 5.0: Yellow
