Create a PowerPoint presentation that will give the details of your project. You may use more than one slide for any area. This is just a guideline.
Slide Introduction Slide
Your name
Title of your project- (Should people be barred from buying junk food with food stamps?)
Slide Attention Grabber for opening slide – (possible ideas - quote, picture, video, song)
Slide Why you chose the topic
Slide What is your project all about?
Brief overview about your topic (You should keep minimum words on the slide and present this off notes/index cards)
Slides Use at least THREE sources (CITED AT THE END) to support your research question and initial findings. You are providing detailed information (logos) in order to answer your question.
Slides DO NOT FORGET TO ADD GRAPHICS (charts, pictures, graphs, etc.) throughout your presentation.
Slide What problems do you foresee with your research question?
Slide How will you deal with the problems and solve them?
Slide What possible careers are related to your topic/research?
Slide Explain what personal growth and self-knowledge you will gain from your research. Be positive.
Slide Strong Closing Slide - A good concluding statement here that ties everything together: what you expect to find out about your research question and the connections you see between your initial findings and your question.
