To find the outlier your have to find the IQR( interquartile range), the upper fence and the lower fence. The IQR is the difference between the first and third Quartile. Q3(7.4) -Q1(4.9)= 2.5. Use the IQR to find the Upper fence and Lower fence. Upper fence- (7.4)+1.5(2.5)= 11.15 Lower fence- (4.9)-1.5(2.5)= -1.15 Make sure your values are in the right order so you can see what numbers are below or above the Upper and lower fences. There are no outliers.
