Communication is very important for sending messages to individuals which is why it is highly necessary to have effective communication skills. Therefore, in order to achieve success when communicating, the communicator needs to allow the listener to completely understand the meaning of their message and it should be imparted. If not, the listener will misunderstand and lead to frustration. Therefore, your blank space should be filled in with allowing the listener to UNDERSTAND what you are communicating.
