a. The decision of the manager is only fair because of the fact that she is under age and their is no proof that can consider that she can pay the remaining monthly payments,
b. This is legal as the store can refuse to whom they want to sell their product based on a certain guideline
c. The manager's concern in selling the product to the minor besides of not having any legal documents is a proof of how the minor may be able to pay the remaining balance.
