Halong or Lan Ha Bay or two of them?
I will travel alone during 3 days work off in Vietnam. My co- workers said that Lan Ha bay and Ha Long bay are very beautiful and imposing, so I want to spend 3 days off for enjoying. However, I don't think that 3 days is enough for enjoying both. Any suggestions for me?

If you spend 3 days there, taking 3day/2night trip with cruise is the best choice. There are numerous cruises in Halong from the mid-range to the standard ones. You can contact the travel agency for help. 
Even you visit Halong or Lan Ha Bay, you should traveling by cruise tour instead of the land tour. Further, you can enjoy 2 days during 3 days if you book La Pinta cruise which is only one cruise in Lan Ha Bay providing Lan Ha- Halong Bay line during 3 days
