BRAINLIESTTTT ASAP!!!!

1. Based on Dalton's atomic theory, which of the following is true about all atoms of the same element?

They have different masses.
They have the same properties.
They can be divided into molecules.
They are composed of visible matter.

2. Read the list of elements given below.

F, Cl, Br, I

Which of the following about the elements is true?

All of them are highly reactive metals.
All of them are highly reactive nonmetals.
F and Cl are reactive nonmetals and Br and I are highly reactive metals.
F and Cl are reactive metals and Br and I are highly reactive nonmetals.

Respuesta :

they have the same properties

All of them are highly reactive nonmetals
Hope this helps please award brainly :)

For the first question, your answer is the second choice, "They have the same properties" This is since Dalton's atomic theory states that atoms of the same element are the same while atoms of different elements differ. And, it explains how the atoms cannot be subdivided into smaller particles.

For the second question, it would be the second choice as well, "All of them are high reactive nonmetals" This is because F, Cl, Br, I are all halogens in group 17 of the periodic table which are all nonmetal elements, highly reactive, and common on Earth.

Let me know if you need further info. :))
