Bone remodeling involves the recycling ad the renewal of the bone.
It is a continuing process of synthesis and destruction that gives the bone its mature structure and maintains normal calcium levels in the body.
In this process the osteoclasts and the osteoblasts work sequentially in the same bone. Osteoclasts resorbs the bone at various sites while osteoblasts make new bone to maintain the skeletal structure.
