So with the numerator and denominator of [tex] \frac{2}{6} [/tex] multiply them by 4. It'll look like this [tex] \frac{2}{6} * \frac{4}{4} = \frac{8}{24} [/tex]
As for [tex] \frac{1}{8} [/tex], do the same except multiply by 3. It'll look like this: [tex] \frac{1}{8} * \frac{3}{3} = \frac{3}{24} [/tex].
