This is based on the values and motives of Schwartz’s Theory which depicts the self-enhancement, self-transcendence that are considered as the endpoints of the dimensions of the values. This theory is in the form of a circular structure where value and motivation are inter-related. Some of the values are power and benevolence which are generally in conflict with each other. On the other hand security and conformity seems to be more compatible. Everyone has values that guide our lives, but it is difficult to know how we are getting motivated by its behavior.
