Try to get a private yoga teacher, so you both could do one on one stretches without having to fear of other people watching you. Yoga helps keep the body spaced out in even portions through your soul. This has helped me a lot. Or you may do yoga in a public class or by yourself. :)
listen to music about your issues and that might help, fidget spinners are just as good even though there sort of trendy and childish it helps, snap a rubber band on your wrist helps too
