1. The Constitutional Convention was called: this event was first, because the Constitutional Convention (or the Philadelphia Convention) was called in May 25, 1787 in Philadelphia and lasted until September 17, 1787, and was convoked with the purpose to review the form of government of the U.S under the Confederation articles, but then there was created a new form of government.
2. Delegates agreed to the Great Compromise: This event was second, because on July 16, 1787 the creators of the U.S constitution that were in a reunion in the Independence hall, achieved to reach to an agreement called the Great Compromise, where they implemented a bicameral representation congressional system, establishing that in the House of Representatives the representation would be proportional to the population amount of every state and in the Senate the number of seats by state would be equal for all.
3. The Bill of Rights was written by James Madison: This event was third, because on June 8, 1789, James Madison who was a representative of the U.S, wrote and presented the Bill of Rights to the House of Representatives, where were established and granted rules, limitations and rights in many areas to the Government and the people.
