They already have the F and the two T’s down, (frequency, time, and type) Their routine will be more effective however, when they incorporate the I, or intensity into their workouts. Once they focus on the intensity of their workouts, they will avoid overworking themselves, and it will keep them working as hard as they can and getting the most benefit out of it.
