The hypothesis must include actual, verifiable data and that the data and testing of the hypothesis can be recreated by other scientists. If the other scientists can recreate the hypothesis conclusion then it will be generally accepted.

A hypothesis is tested different times by independent scientists to reach a consensus about it. For a hypothesis to exist it is also important that data should be generated and analyzed.
