Zoe did not drag the image frame from the corner to keep it in proportion.
It is a common error which occurs if you try to enlarge an image holding it from its sides or upper part etc. in which case the image becomes weird as it does not contain its proportion, the right way is to hold the image from any corner and drag it to enlarge.
