The answer would be option C "The app company will sue the multimedia artist for breach of contract." The company bought the game therefore it's no longer his and the multimedia artist cannot release the original version because the app is no longer his and he will be sued for breach of contract. Because if the popular company bought the app from the multimedia artist they would have to sign a contract and other paper work to confirm their purchase.
