Angles in a triangle add to 180 degrees, a quadrilateral 360 degrees, a pentagon 540 degrees and a hexagon 720 degrees.

y + 110 + 75 + 170 + 90 + 130 = 720

y = 720 - 575 = 145 degrees
This is a hexagon and the sum of its internal angles = 720 degrees.

Therefore m < y =  720 - (110 + 75 + 170 + 90 + 130)  

=   145 degrees  (answer).
