What you would do is solve this problem like a multiplication problem.
21/5 ÷ 7/3
21/5 × 3/7=49/5= 9 4/5
So basically how I solved this was putting the simplified fractions into improper fractions to make it easier to solve. For the second fraction (7/3 or 2 1/3) you would do the reciprocal which is 3/7 then you would multiply it by 21/5. When you multiply then two improper fractions you would get 49/5 which can be simplified to 9 4/5.
- Hope this helps!
