Ok, so first we have to convert 0.8 to a fraction. You get 8/10. To get two fractions that represent, or are EQUIVALENT to 8/10, you can simplify 8/10. 8/10 simplified can be 4/5. Uh oh! You can't simplify it anymore!! So you have to find an equivalent fraction to it which can go from 16/20 to infinite.

So basically two fractions that represent 0.8, or 8/10 are 4/5 and 16/20.
