21 goes into 80 3 times. An easy way to think of this is by thinking of multiplying by 20 (which is just like multiplying by 2 except adding a 0 at the end of your answer) and since 20x4 is 80 and 21 is bigger than 20 but is very close to it, you know that it goes into it 3 times
