She should have kept communications with the patient private and within the facility.  She infringed on the Patent’s Right to privacy.  This is because patient’s confidentiality must be protected by all those who are part of health services.  That is why it should not be discussed on the phone.  Only the doctor should examine the results and give the recommendations based on the findings.
