the way you can tell if a song is 3/4 time or 4/4 time is to look at the key signature to the right of the clef symbol. if there is not time signature then you can clap the rhythm to figure out what the what the time signature would be. if it is correct 3/4 time would sound like this: one- two- three- and 4/4 time would sound like this: one- two- three- four- (depending on what the notes are)
A - B - C - D - E - F, and G are the letters of the musical alphabet in ascending order of pitch. The cycle then repeats itself, returning to A.
How will it sound to our ears correct?
In the lines it shows border like lines that have (if it's 4/4) note, note, note, note | note, note, note (all quarter notes) while 3/4 is, note, note, note | note, note, note, etc. (again quarter notes); and one way to keep beat (or maintain) is my taping your foot.
if the information is correct This is how 3/4 time might sound: This is how one, two, three, and 4/4 time would sound: one - two - three - four (depending on what the notes are)
