3=9-8+2*1

5=9+8-12

7=18-2-9

12=sqrt(9)+8+2-1

23=(2+1)!+9+8

10=sqrt(9)+8-2+1

17=sqrt(9)+8+(2+1)!

19=9+8+2*1

24=8*2+9-1

28=(8/2)!+sqrt(9)+1

30=sqrt(9)*8+(2+1)!
