The ability to carry out activities for a long period of time is Endurance.

Endurance is the ability to carry an activity for a long period of time without fainting or being stressed out. A lot of individuals today have the ability to dance or carry out exercises for hours without getting drained out or tired, they can go on for longer hours.

Endurance also means being strong enough to stay in a particular or fixed position for a particular or specified time.

Sometimes the type of food we eat goes a long way to determine how long we can endure when carrying  out physical activities.
