Required:

Times Jane pulled weed for $39 for more than an hour

Solution:

 For 1 hour: $5 x 7 = $35

For more than 1 hour: $6 x 7 = $42

 

$39 - $35 = $4

$4/$6 = 2/3 times

 

So 7 times plus 2/3 = 7.67 times
