How to solve and graph the inequality

For this problem the work would look like this:
[tex]-\frac{w}{2} \geq -7\\ \\[/tex]
Multiply -2 to both sides to isolate w.
[tex]w\leq -7*-2[/tex]
Notice that the sign flips! This is because anytime a negative numbers transfers to the other side of the inequality the inequality flips directions.
[tex]w\leq 14[/tex]
Now this should be the solution once solving.
