Trail mix made for three people uses 3 cups of almonds. 1 cup of raisins and 1/3 cup of chocolate chips. If the same ratio of the ingredients is used for twelve people, how much of each ingredient is needed?

1/3 cup raisins per person  x 12 =12/3=4/1= 4 cups raisins

3x3=9 so 1/9 cup choco chips x 12= 12/9= 1 1/3 cups chocolate chips

answer= 12 cups almonds, 4 cups raisins, and 1 1/3 cups chocolate chips
