Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous.

Exercise releases a hormone named endorphins as they are good neurotransmitters they relaxes the brain and helps to decrease stress . Any kind of physical activity bumps up the production of endorphins .It reduces negative effects of stress as exercise is a kind of mediation in motion which provides mental strength and enhances our mental stability which results in decrement of stress and improves our mood. As we overeat while being stressed exercise can also help us to remain physically fit and motivates us to eat healthy , which works on our physical fitness and  makes us physically fit .
