Can you please help me with this worksheet? Can you make a graph for numbers 38-40?

So, let's start with 38. We are given:
[tex]y=2x-5[/tex]
Since this equation is in slope-intercept form ([tex]y=mx+b[/tex]) we can easily solve this problem. Before we start, put a point on the y-intercept (b). In this case, the y-intercept is (0, -5)
After you have the y-intercept graphed, we need to find the slope to find the steepness of the line. To do that, look at the slope (m). We can see the slope is 2. This is the same as [tex]\frac{2}{1}[/tex].
When you identify/graph slope, you use [tex]\frac{rise}{run}[/tex]. Our rise would be 2, and our run would be 1; hence the [tex]\frac{2}{1}[/tex].
To graph this, put your pencil on the y-intercept we graphed and go up 2 tiles (rise) and right one tile. Plot a point there. Keep repeating that until you can't go anymore.
Now, go back to your y-intercept. Since we are going to graph the other side of the slope, we need to do the opposite. So, go down 2 and left 1. Repeat this until you cannot go anymore.
After all the points are plotted, graph a line through all the points.
Your graph should look something like the attached image.
The same applies for the other two.
Since number 40 already has the slope in [tex]\frac{rise}{run}[/tex] form, you can easily calculate the slope. If you have a question, don't hesitate to ask.
