Anytime you want to make an ordered pair, the x comes first, followed by the y. The format is (x, y). You can pick any x you want but the y must match the x. In the table, if you take x = 2, you have to take its matching y of y = -5. Repeat this left to right matching for as many pairs as you want.
Thus three ordered pairs are (2, -5) and (-1, 7) and (3, -9).
