I saw this posted yesterday but was thrown off by the "holes". I will try to answer it the best I can.
1) this is f(x) = [tex]\frac{1}{x}[/tex] that has shifted up 3, left 1, and right 3 ⇒ f(x) = [tex]\frac{1}{(x + 1)(x - 3)}[/tex] + 3
2) this is f(x) = [tex]\frac{1}{x}[/tex] that has shifted up [tex]\frac{1}{2}[/tex] and left 3 ⇒ f(x) = [tex]\frac{1}{(x + 3)}[/tex] + [tex]\frac{1}{2}[/tex]
3) this is f(x) = [tex]\frac{1}{x}[/tex] that has shifted up 2 and left 1 ⇒ f(x) = [tex]\frac{1}{(x + 1)}[/tex] + 2
