To round off decimal points you need to know that if a number is 4 or under then you either keep it the same or decrease it and if the number is 5 and above then you increase the number. For example, 4.57. 7 is larger than 4 which means it would now make 4.57, 4.6, the 6 is higher than 4 which makes it now 5. It depends on if they are saying you to round the hundreds, thousands, etc.
